LevCharity is a flat-fee nonprofit fundraising platform — you're never charged a percentage of donations raised. Instead, your plan determines how many active forms, campaigns, and events you can run at once, and which advanced features are unlocked.

Features That Require Specific Plans

• eCommerce — Available on Professional and Enterprise only.
• CRM Integrations (Salesforce, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, Admire) — Available on Growth and above.
• Active limits refer to simultaneously active items. You can archive an old campaign and launch a new one without losing your data.

Your CRM is included with your plan, but the number of stored contacts is a separate add-on:

What Counts Against My Active Limits?

Only active campaigns and events count toward your plan limits. Archived or ended campaigns don't take up a slot. If you need to launch a new campaign but are at your limit, archive the existing one first — all data, donations, and reports are preserved.

Donation forms work the same way: archived forms don't count, but any recurring subscriptions attached to them continue processing normally.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade, contact your account manager or reach out to support. Upgrades take effect immediately, and your billing cycle adjusts on a prorated basis.
