Inviting Team Members and Managing Roles

LevCharity includes a roles and permissions system so you can give team members, volunteers, or external partners access to the parts of the platform they need — without exposing everything.

How to Invite a Team Member

1. Navigate to Settings → Team Members.
2. Click Invite Member.
3. Enter their email address and select a role.
4. Click Send Invitation. They'll receive an email with a link to set their password and activate their account.

Roles Overview

LevCharity uses role-based access control. Common roles include:

• Admin — Full access to all modules, settings, and billing.
• Editor — Can create and edit campaigns, forms, and events, but typically cannot access billing or organization-wide settings.
• Viewer — Read-only access to reports and dashboards.

If your organization needs custom permissions (e.g., a volunteer who can only manage a specific campaign), contact your account manager to discuss options available on your plan.

Removing a Team Member

To remove someone's access:

1. Go to Settings → Team Members.
2. Find the member and click Revoke Access or Remove.
3. Their account is deactivated immediately — they'll be signed out on their next action.

Removing a user doesn't delete any content they created. All campaigns, forms, and donor records they managed remain intact.
