Navigating the LevCharity Dashboard

When you log in to LevCharity, you land on the main dashboard — your central hub for managing every aspect of your fundraising. Here's how it's organized so you can find anything quickly.

Main Navigation

The left-hand sidebar gives you access to all modules:

• Donations — Manage your donation forms (popup, embed, and landing page types).
• Campaigns — Create and run Basic, Peer-to-Peer, or Team Crowdfunding campaigns.
• Events — Set up RSVP or Ticketed events.
• eCards — Design and manage tribute/greeting card offerings.
• eCommerce — Your charitable fundraising storefront (Professional/Enterprise plans).
• CRM — Donor and fundraiser contact management.
• Website Builder — Build and edit your pages.
• Email Manager — Configure all automated emails across every module.
• Gamification — Set up badges, virtual coin wallets, and prize shops.
• Reports — Run prebuilt or custom reports and schedule exports.

Module Dashboards

Each module has its own dashboard with key stats. For example:

• The Donations dashboard shows total raised, average gift, conversion rate, and frequency mix.
• The Campaigns dashboard shows total raised, days remaining, top fundraisers, and giving trends.
• The CRM has three views: Donors, Fundraisers, and Relational Grouping (households and companies).

Global Settings

Organization-wide settings — including payment processors, default currencies, user roles and permissions, and global email defaults — are accessible from the account settings area in the top-right menu.

If a module isn't visible in your sidebar, it may not be included in your current plan. Check Settings → Subscription or contact support to confirm what's available on your tier.
