Adding Tribute Cards to a Donation Form

Tribute Cards (sometimes called eCards in the context of a donation flow) let donors dedicate their gift in honor or memory of someone and optionally send a card to the honoree or their family. This is a meaningful feature for many donors and can increase average gift size.

Enabling Tribute Cards

1. Open your donation form in the editor.
2. Scroll to Add-ons and toggle on Tribute Cards.
3. The tribute section will appear in the form's checkout flow, giving donors the option to dedicate their gift.

What Donors See

When Tribute Cards are enabled, donors see an optional step in checkout where they can:

• Select a dedication type ("In Honor of" or "In Memory of").
• Enter the honoree's name.
• Optionally select a card design and enter a recipient's email for delivery.

Managing Tribute Cards

Sent tribute cards are logged in the eCards section of your dashboard under the eCards Log. From here you can view, edit, reschedule, or resend any tribute card.

Card Designs

The designs available in the tribute flow come from your eCards library. To add more designs or organize them by occasion, go to eCards in the sidebar and create or upload new designs. Changes there will reflect automatically in your donation forms that have Tribute Cards enabled.
