LevCharity operates on a flat monthly subscription — you pay a fixed fee for your plan and any active add-ons, with no percentage taken from donations you raise.
Your monthly invoice includes:
All amounts are fixed — a record fundraising month doesn't increase your bill.
Go to Settings → Subscription to see:
To update your credit card or billing contact:
If you need to update the billing email (the address that receives invoices), that's also under Settings → Billing → Billing Contact.
To change your plan:
Upgrading takes effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of the month.
Downgrading typically takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Note that downgrading may reduce your active form, campaign, or event limits — if you're currently over the new limit's allowance, you'll need to archive items before the downgrade takes effect.
If your monthly payment fails:
To avoid interruptions, keep your payment method up to date and ensure the billing card hasn't expired.
