Running Prebuilt Reports

LevCharity includes a set of prebuilt reports that give you the most commonly needed views with zero configuration.

Available Prebuilt Reports

Report	What It Shows
Donor Overview	Summary of all donors: total count, total raised, average gift.
New Donors	Donors who gave for the first time in your selected date range.
Repeat One-Time Donors	One-time donors who have given more than once (not on a recurring plan).
Top Donors	Ranked list of donors by total lifetime giving or by giving in a date range.
Recurring Giving Summary	Active subscriptions, monthly recurring revenue, and churn.
Campaign Performance Summary	Side-by-side comparison of all campaigns: total raised, donor count, avg gift.
Abandoned Cart	(Coming soon) Donors who started but didn't complete a donation.

Running a Prebuilt Report

Go to Reports in the left sidebar.
Click Prebuilt Reports.
Select the report you want.
Set a date range if applicable.
Click Run.
The report displays on screen. Click Export to Excel to download a spreadsheet.

When to Use Prebuilt vs. Custom Reports

Prebuilt reports are ideal for regular check-ins (weekly campaign performance reviews, monthly recurring giving snapshots). For anything more specific — filtering by a donor tag, a specific payment method, or a custom field value — use the Report Builder instead.
